Cancellation or change of an existing booking is done via the link in the confirmation email.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A booking is binding as soon as it is completed and you have received a booking confirmation by e-mail (see spam if it is not in your inbox).
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION RULES AS WELL AS NO VISIT
Cancellation and/or date/time change must take place no later than 24 hours (1 room) and 72 hours (2 or more rooms) before the session starts.
If changes and/or cancellations occur later, the entire cost will be invoiced.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept your cancellation by phone.
Use the link in the confirmation email to cancel or change the date or time.
Please note that you must be there 10 minutes before your booked session starts for briefing and information, otherwise you risk getting less playing time as the next group must start on time.
Payment always takes place on site for private parties, companies can be invoiced after email dialogue.
